Refund policy

Every product in this store is a booking for professional services performed in the Denver metro and Colorado Front Range — nothing ships.

Appointments & service visits

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit for a full refund of anything paid online. Trip and visit fees are credited toward work performed; if we cannot perform the service, they are refunded in full.

Projects

Larger engagements run on a signed scope with deposits and milestone payments. On written cancellation, unearned amounts are refunded per the wrap-up plan in your agreement.

Warranty

Completed work carries a one-year warranty on materials and labor — warranty issues are corrected at no charge.

How to request a refund

Email robert@autotelic.build or call/text (720) 287-7958. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
