Autotelic LLC ("Autotelic") provides construction, renovation, and technology-integration services in the Denver metro and Colorado Front Range. Scope of work

Every engagement is built from a documented scope outlining activities, deliverables, and sign-off checkpoints. Design, procurement, and field delivery steps are defined per trade; technology and automation integration is tied to project milestones; third-party coordination and approval schedules are included in project plans.

Payment & scheduling

Milestone-based payments keep cash flow transparent: deposits plus milestone invoices tied to deliverables; automation commissioning payment is released after testing and sign-off; schedule adjustments are reviewed weekly with updated timelines. Quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation & warranties

Cancellations are handled with written notice and a documented wrap-up plan. Work is backed by a one-year warranty on materials and labor. Change orders are handled through documented approvals with cost estimates provided in advance.
