Remove existing fan or fixture and install customer-supplied ceiling fan (no light kit) on an existing fan-rated ceiling box, ceilings up to 10 ft. Includes assembly, mounting, balancing, and function test on existing switch. Assumes the existing box is fan-rated and switched power is present at the box; if the box is found not fan-rated, a brace-box upgrade is quoted separately on site. Excludes new switch legs, remote kits (see add-on), and ceilings over 10 ft.

Typical duration: about 90 minutes on site.
