Cut out failed exterior caulk and re-caulk perimeter joints on up to 10 window/door openings, single-story ladder-accessible only: paintable exterior polyurethane/siliconized sealant, tooled joints. Material included. Excludes second-story or steep-access openings (quoted separately), full siding joint caulking, painting over caulk, glazing putty on old single-pane sash, and rot repair discovered during cut-out.

Typical duration: about 240 minutes on site.
