Complete strip-out of old caulk at the kitchen sink rim, countertop-to-backsplash joint, and counter seams, surface prep with mold treatment where needed, and re-caulk with 100% silicone in clear or color-matched white/almond. Cure time guidance provided (no water at the sink for 12 hours). NOT included: tub or shower recaulk (separate service), grout repair, countertop seam epoxy, or loose-tile repair.

Typical duration: about 120 minutes on site.
