Remove existing surface-mount or semi-flush light fixture and install customer-supplied replacement on existing ceiling or wall box, ceilings up to 10 ft. Includes disconnect, mounting, wiring to existing conductors, and function test. Assumes existing box is properly secured and wiring is in serviceable condition. Excludes new circuits, box replacement, fixtures over 25 lbs, and ceilings over 10 ft (see high-ceiling variant).

Typical duration: about 45 minutes on site.
