Replace an existing wall switch with an occupancy/vacancy motion sensor switch (standard unit included, or customer-supplied) for garages, laundry, closets, or baths. Includes wiring, sensitivity and timeout configuration, and test. Assumes single-pole location; neutral required for most units — confirmed at booking or a no-neutral-compatible model is used. Excludes 3-way sensor pairs and new switch locations.

Typical duration: about 45 minutes on site.
