Remove existing sink or vanity and install a customer-supplied pedestal sink in the same location: mount basin to blocking/wall, set pedestal, install faucet and drain, connect to existing plumbing, seal and leak-test. Includes adding wall blocking if the stud bay is open or accessible. NOT included: the sink or faucet, plumbing relocation, drywall or tile repair behind the removed vanity, or paint.

Typical duration: about 180 minutes on site.
