Seasonal startup of one evaporative cooler: remove and stow cover, install new standard aspen or synthetic pads (materials included for standard sizes), reconnect and test the water line and float, lubricate motor/bearings where fitted, tension or replace a standard belt (belt included), and verify operation and no leaks. Excludes pump or motor replacement (quoted onsite), rigid-media (MasterCool) pad sets, roofs over two stories, and new water line runs.

Typical duration: about 120 minutes on site.
