Seasonal shutdown of one roof- or side-mount evaporative cooler: shut off and drain the supply line, drain the pan, disconnect and drain the pump, install a customer-supplied or standard cooler cover (standard sizes included), and close the damper. Excludes roofs over two stories or steeper than 8/12, repair of damaged pans/lines found during service, and interior duct sealing.

Typical duration: about 90 minutes on site.
