Installation of one customer-supplied window AC unit (up to 12,000 BTU) in a double-hung window on the first or second floor: mounting bracket or sill support, side panels, foam sealing, tilt check for condensate drainage, and function test. Excludes unit purchase, casement/slider windows requiring custom kits, through-wall sleeves, and dedicated circuit work.

Typical duration: about 60 minutes on site.
