Install customer-supplied bidet seat or washlet on an existing toilet: remove old seat, mount seat, install T-valve on the toilet supply, connect and leak-test. Requires an existing GFCI outlet within cord reach for electric models. NOT included: the seat itself, new electrical outlet installation, hot-water line runs, or toilet replacement.

Typical duration: about 60 minutes on site.
