Assemble and hang customer-supplied chandelier up to 50 lbs on existing fan-rated or properly braced ceiling box, ceilings up to 12 ft. Includes chain/downrod adjustment, wiring, canopy trim, and function test. Assumes existing box is rated for fixture weight; partial pre-assembly by homeowner welcome but not required. Excludes staircase/two-story installs, chandeliers over 50 lbs, box bracing upgrades, and lift rentals.

Typical duration: about 120 minutes on site.
