Replace existing light fixture on ceilings 10-16 ft using extension ladder or podium ladder, customer-supplied fixture. Includes disconnect, mounting, wiring to existing conductors, and function test. Assumes existing box is secure, clear ladder access to the fixture location, and fixture under 35 lbs. Excludes ceilings over 16 ft, stairwell locations requiring scaffold (see chandelier staircase variant), box replacement, and new circuits.

Typical duration: about 90 minutes on site.
