Repair one dragging or derailed pocket door: remove door (including split-jamb/trim removal and reinstall where required), replace rollers, adjust track alignment and guides, and rehang. Standard replacement rollers included. Excludes full track replacement requiring wall opening (quoted on site as drywall work), new door slab, and hardware upgrades.

Typical duration: about 120 minutes on site.
