Remove and replace one wall-mounted handrail on a straight stair run up to 16 lf: paint-grade rail, code-compliant returns at both ends, brackets lagged into studs/blocking at proper height. Rail and brackets included. Excludes staining/painting, guardrail/baluster systems (see baluster SKU), runs with turns or landings (quoted on site), and drywall repair at old bracket locations beyond filling.

Typical duration: about 180 minutes on site.
