Pull and reset an existing toilet with a new wax ring (or waxless seal), new closet bolts, re-shim and level, recaulk the base, and leak-test. Fixes rocking toilets and base leaks with an intact flange. NOT included: flange repair (book the flange repair SKU if the flange is broken — we'll confirm on site), subfloor work, or internal tank parts.

Typical duration: about 75 minutes on site.
