Install a customer-supplied freestanding utility sink where laundry-area supply and drain connections already exist within reach: assemble legs, install faucet, connect supplies and P-trap to the existing standpipe or drain, and leak-test. NOT included: the sink or faucet, new drain or supply rough-in, pump-up drain systems, or tying into a drain more than 6 feet away.

Typical duration: about 165 minutes on site.
